   • The maximum single dose should not exceed 10 mg/kg, with a maximum of 400 mg at one time.
   • The maximum daily dose is 40 mg/kg, not to exceed 1200 mg in total for children weighing more than 30 kg.
2. Dosing Frequency:
   • Ibuprofen can be administered every 6 to 8 hours as needed.
3. Age Restrictions:
   • Ibuprofen should not be given to infants under 6 months of age without consulting a healthcare provider.
